Volunteer managers are making it a priority to create volunteer programs that are welcoming, accessible, and inclusive. There are challenges, though, to making this vision a reality. That's where Wicked Questions (WQ) come into the picture. WQ is a facilitation technique that brings to the surface all of the inherent paradoxes within our goals. For this session, the group will discuss what inclusion might look like and then devise a set of related Wicked Questions. Get ready to inform and accelerate your inclusion plans moving forward. Facilitated by Elisa Kosarin, CVA, of Twenty Hats.
