Volunteer managers are making it a priority to create volunteer programs that are welcoming, accessible, and inclusive. There are challenges, though, to making this vision a reality. That's where Wicked Questions (WQ) come into the picture. WQ is a facilitation technique that brings to the surface all of the inherent paradoxes within our goals. For this session, the group will discuss what inclusion might look like and then devise a set of related Wicked Questions. Get ready to inform and accelerate your inclusion plans moving forward. Facilitated by Elisa Kosarin, CVA, of Twenty Hats.

Presenter: Elisa Kosarin, CVA, Twenty Hats

Elisa Kosarin, CVA, consults with and trains nonprofit staff on volunteer management best practices. She has presented keynotes and workshops at multiple conferences, and has served on the faculty for the Center for Nonprofit Advancement and the Catalogue for Philanthropy. Elisa also writes a popular monthly blog for volunteer managers that’s featured on her website, TwentyHats.com.
