Join us at our annual meeting as we celebrate our collective ability to adapt during times of change! Networking will begin from 9:30am-9:50am and then the official welcome will commence at 9:50am-10am. Our motivational speaker, Meg Soper, will start her presentation at 10:00am. At around 11:00am we will vote on the annual budget and wrap up with closing remarks. Members will receive the meeting link after sign-up.
Presentation: “The Secret Sauce…Thriving in Times of Change”
Meg will share her ideas with NVAVA on how we can use humor, passion, and resilience to navigate change and perform at our highest level no matter what challenges we encounter. She will also provide tools to help bolster their resilience while using mindful self-compassion to increase one’s ability to adapt to change.

She has appeared on the CBC Television Network, Women’s Television Network and Prime TV, as well as being featured in many radio programs and comedy festivals. Meg has a tremendous ability to connect with her audience and take every event to a higher level.
