Being an effective leader is an important part of being a volunteer manager. Oftentimes, volunteer managers are not in positions of leadership in their organizations, but must work with senior leadership to ensure that the needs of the volunteer program are met. Join us at our March NVAVA training to learn tips and tricks on managing up, including how to bring problems to management, how to have effective conversations, and how to advocate for yourself (and your volunteers!). We are excited to have Adam Schmidt from Strategy Consulting Team presenting this exciting and important topic!
