First impressions are everything – especially if you are facilitating a first meeting for prospective volunteers or supporters.
There is nothing worse than that sinking feeling when an orientation veers out of control and prospects pack up before the meeting wraps up.
Boost your facilitation skills and your confidence with this workshop. You will learn the techniques you need to keep an orientation or meeting on track and participants engaged.
Learn how to:
- Warm up the group in a way that instills trust.
- Deflect difficult guests with tact and confidence.
- Keep the event on track without ruffling any feathers.
- Generate excitement about your cause within a structured format.
This is a hands-on workshop with plenty of opportunities for practice. Join us!
Networking starts at 9:30 am and the workshop will start at 10 am!
