What could possibly go wrong? -- Managing volunteers' accident and liability risks

Our speaker for the July training is William Henry, Executive Director of Volunteers Insurance Service Association, Inc.. He will be presenting on "What could possibly go wrong? -- Managing volunteers' accident and liability risks," and is based on actual claims his organization has seen over the 40+ years our program has been in operation. He'll help attendees understand how to identify risks and apply the most practical and effective methods to reduce or eliminate those risks. He'll also touch upon the fundamentals of a risk management system attendees can develop for their own organizations (or use to refine what they already do), and that they can sustain even as staff and volunteers come and go.
